Great stay. They were able to accommodate us even though we accidentally booked for the wrong weekend. They kindly put us on the first floor since I was on crutches. The room was clean and breakfast was basic but good. The pool, while cold, was great for my kids and the open hours were perfect. The only small things would be to get better pillows or at least a more firm option of the two and in our room, the seal about the door needed fixing as there was a large gap around the door that let in light and sounds. I'd stay here again.
Everything in Joplin seemed a bit pricey the night I was there and this place was my favorite of 3 I went in to talk to the front desk. Room was small but fairly clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom had a fan, which I always think is civilized, and a door that closed (unlike the Hampton Inn rooms). Brant at the front desk was great. Happy with our stay!

Loved this hotel - bright & airy feel! Smelled very fresh! Bed and linens were comfy. Had some bleach stains on the walls, but was otherwise very clean!

They actually honor late check out with no issues, which many other Marriott locations do not, or they fight you about it. I checked in late and there were no issues there either.
